Owning our own café had been a dream for a long time. After spending over six years working in hospitality, it was something we always hoped we’d get to do one day. When the opportunity came up to open Hail Mary in Kuranda, we dropped everything in Adelaide and made the move north.

We wanted to bring the coffee culture we loved back home to somewhere new. Today, Hail Mary is proud to be one of the only cafés in Kuranda serving specialty coffee, made with care from bean to cup.
